These days more men suffer from a decreased sex drive and some of the major culprits are as simple as what they’re putting into their mouths, reports says.
Food plays a major effect on your libido, as they stimulates your sex drive. And for men, there are many foods that kill testosterone levels and knowing which ones, they would be able to avoid might boost their testosterone levels, hence, their sex drive.
So, what are the foods that kill testosterone?

Fast Foods and Junk Foods
These foods are processed, they are composed of low grade meat, has high chemical content, that triggers a decrease of men’s testosterone levels.
More so, it is also a good idea to stay away from french fries because they contain lots of trans fat that kills sex drive, and not to mention, affects sperm quality.
4. Chicken Wings and Alcohol
Quit drinking alcohol if you want to do yourself and your partner a big favor. Alcohol lowers testosterone levels by increasing estrogen levels in the body.
Estrogen is testosterone’s biggest enemy since it’s a female hormone. In fact, increase estrogen levels in men can lead to the development of man boobs.
5. Coffee
Sure, coffee’s caffeine supply could give you increased stamina for sex, but if you’re someone who gets jittery from coffee, this will not be a love potion for you. Increased anxiety can lower your sex drive, a frequent complaint of people with caffeine sensitivity.
6. Chocolates
It may be a little surprising to find chocolate on this list, but it could be harming your sex life. Though usually thought of as an aphrodisiac because it stimulates feelings of euphoria and love, according to Dr. Michael Hirt, it will also suppress testosterone levels.
This makes sense because chocolate contains PEA (phenethylamine), a … hormone that rises any time humans feel love. So, while eating chocolate may make you feel like you are in love, consuming too many chocolate kisses could lower testosterone levels, reducing your interest in taking your romance to the next level.”
